Loud music every night and parking lot is an auto repair shop. They do not enforce the parking permits so there is no reason to get one.

I have had so many packages stolen I stop accounting. Crime and drugs in the building and around the complex. There is never anyone in the office to address any concerns. They have absolutely terrible office hours. On December 19th 2019, they announced that they are removing the ability to pay rent online.
